ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge.

On June 5, 2024, the parties and the Court held a conference call to discuss these cases and potential trial dates. Considering the discussions during the conference call and the parties' readiness for trial, the Court is inclined to set this case for trial in March of 2025.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that these cases are calendared for trial, for a one-week special trial session of the Court, beginning at 10:00a.m. (EST) on Monday, March 10, 2025, in Room 3908, 39th Floor, Kluczynski Federal Building, 230 S. Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois 60604. It is further

ORDERED that on or before August 16, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court a joint (or separate, if preferred) status report listing proposed pretrial deadlines for discovery, contradictory motions, exchange of proposed exhibits, expert reports (if any) and any rebuttals (if any), pretrial memoranda and stipulation of facts.

This Order constitutes official notice of trial to the parties.
