This case is on the calendar of the Court's April 29, 2024, trial session in St. Louis, Missouri. Respondent filed a Status Report on April 3, 2024, and advised that a basis for settlement has been reached. However, respondent requests additional time to file the proposed stipulated decision with the Court. Further, the Court notes that the notice of deficiency is absent from the record. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on April 29, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 23, 20234, respondent shall file a response to this Order and attach thereto a copy of the notice of deficiency at issue in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 28, 2024, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
