This case is presently calendared for trial at the Court's September 18, 2023, Detroit, Michigan trial session. On September 5, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. Upon review of the Motion, it has come to attention that the Motion describes events that have not happened. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 11, 2023, respondent shall file a Supplement to the just-referenced motion. It is further, ORDERED that the above-referenced motion to dismiss is set for hearing at the calendar call of the September 18, 2023, Detroit, Michigan trial session scheduled to commence at 10:00 A.M at the Levin U.S. Courthouse, 231 W.
