This case was called and recalled from the calendar of the Court's Little Rock, Arkansas trial session on June 12, 2023. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Petitioner counsel was not present at calendar call, but appeared and was heard at recall. Counsel for petitioner orally moved to continue the case. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcripts of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that petitioner counsel's oral Motion for Continuance is granted. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 12, 2023, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case. It is further
