This case was on the Court's March 6, 2023 trial calendar for Dallas, Texas. It's been continued for years, and we continued again but on the condition that the parites accelerate and finish informal discovery. They have done so. Respondent will be reviewing a large mass of documents and files, and both parties believe all issues are susceptible to settlement. It is therefore
