ORDER

DIANA L. LEYDEN, SPECIAL TRIAL JUDGE

This case is calendared for trial at the September 27, 2021, Atlanta, Georgia, Trial Session of the Court.

On August 27, 2021, respondent filed a Motion For Continuance (motion). The motion states that petitioner needs additional time to prepare documents necessary for this case. The motion further states that petitioner has no objection to the granting of this motion. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance is granted, in that, this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's September 27, 2021, Atlanta, Georgia, Trial Session. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction will be retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 1, 2021, the parties shall file a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
