Dixie Smith was convicted of violation of the local option law and he moves for an appeal.

Motion for appeal from judgment of Boyd Circuit Court convicting movant of violation of local option law, imposing fine of $100 and sixty days' imprisonment.


Appeal denied; Judgment affirmed.
