The form of judgment is modified to declare that the transfer of the plaintiff to M.C.I., Cedar Junction did not violate the Eighth Amendment to the Federal Constitution or the State Civil Rights Act, and that the violation of the departmental regulations did not prejudice the plaintiff's rights. As so modified, the judgment is affirmed.
