The Supreme Court having reversed our prior opinion in this case ( 246 Ga. 50, 268 S.E.2d 632) (1980), the opinion in Smith v. Commercial Union Assur. Co., 153 Ga. App. 38 ( 264 S.E.2d 530) (1980) is hereby vacated, and the judgment of the trial court dismissing Commercial Union as a party defendant is

Reversed. Shulman and Carley, JJ., concur.
