ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION OF DISMISSAL OF APPEAL

Upon consideration of Petitioner-Appellant Gwendolyn Smith's motion for reconsideration of dismissal of the appeal, the papers in support, and the records and files herein,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion for reconsideration is granted as follows: (1) Appellant shall file her opening brief by April 30, 2001; (2) the court will grant no further extensions of time to file the opening brief; and (3) failure to file the opening brief within the time provided will result in dismissal of the appeal.
