Opinion

No. 05-04-00341-CV.

Opinion issued May 5, 2004.

On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 3 Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 03-13744-C.

Dismissed.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

On March 25, 2004, the Court sent four letters to appellant directing her to (1) pay the filing fee, (2) file a docketing statement, (3) file an amended notice of appeal, and (4) show the Court she has paid for or made arrangements to pay for the clerk's record, within ten days of the date of the letters. The letters warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of her appeal without further notice. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee, filed the docketing statement, filed an amended notice of appeal, or shown she has paid for the clerk's record. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES the appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
