REHEARING NOT CONSIDERED.

The applicant, Ashley Smith, seeks a rehearing of this Court's July 6, 2023, order not considering his writ application for non-compliance with U.R.C.A. 4-2, 4-3, and 4-5(C)(6). Smith's request does not qualify under U.R.C.A. 2-18.7 for rehearing. Moreover, this application is still non-compliant with U.R.C.A. 4-2, 4- 3, and 4-5(C)(6). Accordingly, this application for rehearing is not considered.
