IT IS ORDERED that the Motion to Remand filed by plaintiff, Cecile Smith, shall be GRANTED, and this matter shall be REMANDED to the 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana, for further proceedings.¹
