ORDER

Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the February 14, 2024 judgment is a consent judgment and does not include any provision allowing for an appeal as to certain issues. A party that agrees to the entry of a judgment is not an aggrieved party and cannot appeal the judgment.
