ORDERED that these cases are no longer submitted to Judge Joseph H. Gale. It is further

ORDERED that these cases are assigned to the undersigned for the purposes of receiving computations submitted pursuant to Rule 155, Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, and entering Decisions consistent with those computations and the Court's Memorandum Opinion (T.C. Memo. 2024-66) filed June 17, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which the parties shall file computations pursuant to Rule 155, Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, is extended to September 30, 2024.
