Respondents having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on May 4, 2017,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of William A. Quinlan, Esq., dated November 30, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Ryan J. Mills, Esq., dated December 5, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered November 15, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the date December 1, 2017, and inserting in its place the date January 2, 2018, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered November 15, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the date December 18, 2017, and inserting in its place the date January 17, 2018.
