Order unanimously reversed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements, and the motion granted, with an opportunity to respondents to purge themselves if, within ten days after service of a copy of the order to be entered hereon, a meeting is held and six individuals named by plaintiffs are elected. No opinion. Settle order on notice.
