         IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED that this action be and hereby is dismissed in its entirety, with prejudice. The parties agree to bear their own costs, including possible attorneys' fees or other expenses related to this litigation.

         ORDER

         Pursuant to the foregoing, this Court dismisses the entire case with prejudice. The Clerk of the Court is directed to close the case.

         IT IS SO ORDERED.
