Opinion filed December 5, 1939.
TRIAL, § 15 — improper remarks by court. In action by girl riding bicycle across intersection for personal injuries sustained when struck by defendant's automobile allegedly crossing against red traffic light, remarks of trial judge were prejudicial to defendant and warranted new trial, where court frequently, instead of ruling directly upon defendant is objections, would make statements as to what the evidence had been, and, sometimes, the effect of same.
