Now, upon reading and filing affidavit of Keith M. Frary, Esq., sworn to September 4, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is removed from the day calendar for January 23, 2015, and added to the calendar for the term of this Court commencing February 23, 2015.
