Action by plaintiff wife, a tenant in defendant's apartment house, to recover damages for personal injuries suffered as the result of falling on an alleged defective wooden ramp leading from the house, and by her husband for expenses and loss of services. Judgment entered in favor of plaintiffs, after a trial by the court without a jury, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
