On September 28, 2021, respondent filed at Index No. 7 an answer to the petition. Thereafter, on the same date, respondent filed at Index No. 8 a second answer to the petition. Upon review, the second answer appears to be a duplicate of the first. Accordingly, we will strike the first answer.
