On July 13, 2022, petitioner filed in the above-docketed matter a document designation "Answer". However, review shows that the document in not in the nature of an Answer and is instead in the nature of evidentiary material. By Order issued May 26, 2022, petitioner was previously warned about the impropriety of filing evidentiary material.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the document filed July 13, 2022, at Docket Entry #12, shall be deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
