Ronald A. Small & Barbara L. Small Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On July 29, 2021, the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation and a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this litigation. The Settlement Stipulation references a Statement of Account showing petitioners' income tax liability for taxable year 2017. However, a review of the record shows that the Settlement Stipulation fails to attach the Statement of Account referenced therein.

The premises considered, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Settlement Stipulation, filed July 29, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 26, 2021, the parties shall file a revised Settlement Stipulation.
