ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge.

On November 8, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, moving that the Court dismiss and enter a decision against petitioner for taxable year 2018.

This case was called from the calendar of the Court's Dallas, Texas, trial session, on February 5, 2024. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed November 8, 2023, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that this case is continued. It is further ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 5, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report indicating the-then present status of this case.
