This suit was consolidated for trial and appeal with the companion case of Collins v. Slocum et al., 284 So.2d 98 (La.App. 3 Cir. 1973), being suit No. 4298 on our docket, decided also on this date.

For the reasons assigned in the companion case, the judgment of the district court is affirmed at plaintiffs' costs.

Affirmed.
