On January 31, 2024, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction in this case on the ground that petitioner had failed to submit the filing fee. On March 4, 2024, the Court received payment of the filing fee. Additionally, on March 1, 2024, petitioner filed a document titled "Administrative Record" showing the payment of the filing fee.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's document filed at Docket Index No. 17 is recharacterized as petitioner's Letter.
