Appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken herein from an order of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on September 22, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Richard B. Polner, Esq., dated March 1, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of William W. Pulos, Esq., sworn to March 8, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, on the condition that appellant perfects the appeal on or before May 11, 2018.
