Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on September 22, 2016,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Richard B. Polner, Esq., dated October 13, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered September 11, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the date November 14, 2017, and inserting in its place the date January 16, 2018.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted.
