Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on September 22, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmations of Richard B. Polner, Esq., dated August 28, 2017, and September 7, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of William W. Pulos, Esq., sworn to August 31, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 10, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the date September 15, 2017, and inserting in its place the date November 14, 2017.
