Order denying motion to change the place of trial and to consolidate actions affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Carswell and Scudder, JJ., concur; Kapper and Davis, JJ., dissent and vote to reverse and to grant the motion on authority of Gibbs v. Sokol ( 216 App. Div. 260) and Rose v. Town of Richmond (214 id. 142, 144).
