On February 17, 2023, docket entry 20, the parties filed a Joint Status Report indicating that the parties continue to work together and are in communication about this case. Respondent's counsel is still reviewing petitioner's documentation and expects to review additional documentation from petitioners. The parties agree they can reach a basis for settlement and that this case is susceptible to settlement upon a complete review of the available documentation.
After due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before April 24, 2023, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a joint report with the Court as to the then present status of this case.
