This case is calendared for trial at the February 7, 2022, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma remote Trial Session of the Court. On January 14, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. On January 24, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial. After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Continuance is granted, in that this case is continued off of the February 7, 2022, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma remote Trial Session of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution is held in abeyance until further direction of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 31, 2022, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a joint report with the Court as to the then present status of this case. 1
