Slaton v. Slaton

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
Apr 27, 1971
246 So. 2d 583 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1971)

Opinion

No. 70-1015.

March 5, 1971. Rehearing Denied April 27, 1971.

Interlocutory appeal from Circuit Court, Broward County; James F. Minnet, Judge.

R.T. Shankweiler, of Patterson, Maloney Frazier, Fort Lauderdale, for appellant.

Thomas B. Mimms, Jr., of Fleming, O'Bryan Fleming, Fort Lauderdale, for appellee.

The issue presented on this interlocutory appeal is whether or not the trial judge committed error in denying a motion to compel answers to certain questions put to the appellee in the course of his deposition. The record, the briefs, and the oral argument leave us with the view that no abuse of discretion has been demonstrated. The order appealed from is, therefore, affirmed.

WALDEN, REED and MAGER, JJ., concur.
