This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's April 11, 2023, Detroit, Michigan trial session.
On January 4, 2023, petitioner filed a First Amendment to Notice of Attachments in the Nature of Evidence, which is an improper filing. On January 6, 2023, petitioner filed a Request for Petrial Conference requesting to speak with respondent's counsel regarding the Answer filed on June 9, 2022. On January 9, 2023, petitioner filed a First Amendment to Petition. On January 18, 2023, respondent filed an Answer to Petition, as Amended and a Status Report informing the Court that respondent's counsel called petitioner and the two discussed the request for pretrial conference and subsequently held a conference. On February 14, 2023, petitioner filed a Status Report informing the Court that a telephone conference was held with IRS Appeals Examiner. Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's First Amendment to Petition, filed January 9, 2023, is recharacterized as petitioner's Amended Petition. It is further
ORDERED that respondent's Answer to Petition as Amended, filed January 18, 2023, is recharacterized as respondent's Answer to Amended Petition.
