This case is consolidated with Docket No. 4397-19. On March 22, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing, solely in Docket No. 4387-19. Also on March 22, 2023, petitioners filed a Response to Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing, also solely in Docket No. 4387-19. The parties appear to have intended to file both filings in both Docket Nos. 4387-19 and 4397-19.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing, filed March 22, 2023, and petitioners' Response to Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing, filed March 22, 2023, are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
