On July 18, 2024, the Commissioner filed two motions to compel, one of which was captioned "Motion to Compel Production of Documents Second and Third Requests." On September 18, 2024, the Commissioner supplemented that motion. On September 20, 2024, the Court issued an Order granting the Commissioner's Motion to Compel Production of Documents as to the only Third Request for Production of Documents. On September 25, 2024, the Court held a hearing to gather additional information and hear argument regarding the Second Request for Production of Documents. During that hearing, the parties informed the Court that they have reached an agreement as to how to proceed with respect to resolving the Section Request for Production of Documents. Accordingly, for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED the Commissioner's Motion to Compel Production of Documents Second and Third Requests, as supplemented, is denied without prejudice as to the Second Request for Production of Documents. This fully resolves this Motion (lead case doc. no. 49) as supplemented (lead case doc. no. 72).
