DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal and to deem record settled as to respondents Precision Test and Balance and Transportation Insurance Company.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to October 1, 2018, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to deem the record settled is denied, without costs, as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 800.18 [b] [3]).
