ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

On February 6, 2024, the Commissioner filed a motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution. The Court thereafter directed petitioner Ross Charles Skocilich to file a response and appear for a hearing at the Court's Seattle, Washington trial session, set for February 12, 2024. Mr. Skocilich did not file a response with the Court.

This case was called and recalled from the calendar during the Court's Seattle, Washington, trial session on February 12, 2024. Both parties appeared and were heard. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 12, 2024, and every 60 days thereafter, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
