Plaintiff-respondent-appellant having moved for an order enlarging the time in which to perfect a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 27, 2017, to consolidate such appeal with the appeal from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 25, 2018, and for the appeals to be heard on the same calendar day, respectively, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time in which to perfect the appeal and cross appeal to the March 2019 Term, and directing the Clerk of the Court to calendar said appeals on the same calendar date.
