MEMORANDUM ORDER
This judgment is entered pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 58 and the memorandum opinions and orders of September 3, 2004, December 3, 2004, December 28, 2004, and March 17, 2005.
It is hereby ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Plaintiffs' claims against Defendants Benslimane, Alaoui, Benmoussa, A. Kamel, S.A. Kamel, Menkin, Nackvi, MPE, MFM, Samaha, Dallah, Mediholding, Rosetti, and Quinn are DISMISSED for want of personal jurisdiction and that Plaintiffs take nothing.
It is hereby ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Plaintiffs' claims against Defendant Bandar are DISMISSED with prejudice for want of subject matter jurisdiction and that Plaintiffs take nothing.
It is hereby ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Plaintiffs' claims against Defendants KPMG, Rosetti, Quinn, Faisal Islamic Bank, Saudi Aramco, Saoud, Bisk, and Crain, Caton are DISMISSED with prejudice for want of subject matter jurisdiction and for failure to state a claim and that Plaintiffs take nothing.
For the reasons stated in those memorandum opinions and orders, it is ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED at the Plaintiffs' cost.
Defendants MFM, MPE, A. Kamel, Samaha, Nackvi, Menkin, Mediholding, Benslimane, Alaoui, Bisk, and Crain, Caton are awarded all of their reasonable attorneys' fees they expended in defending this suit for the reasons discussed in the Court's memorandum order of March 17, 2005.
