DISMISSED

The parties have filed a joint motion stating that they have fully resolved and settled all issues in dispute. The parties jointly request that this appeal be dismissed. Therefore, we grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1),(2), 43.2 (f); see also Caballero v. Heart of Texas Pizza, L.L.C., 70 S.W.3d 180, 181 (Tex.App.-San Antonio 2001, no pet.). Costs of appeal are taxed against the parties who incurred them.
