By Order served June 13, 2022, the Court granted the parties joint motion to remand and remanded this case to respondent's Appeals Office for further consideration. On February 6, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report attaching thereto the supplemental notice of determination issued to petitioner.
Upon due consideration and for cause, it is ORDERED that this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
