Benjamin F. Skeen, Jr., pro se.
Anthony M. Candela of Candela Law Firm, P.A., Riverview, for Appellee.
PER CURIAM.
Dismissed. See Pattinson v. Stephens, 436 So. 2d 975, 976 (Fla. 5th DCA 1983) (dismissing for lack of standing a party's appeal of a final order finding the opposing party not in contempt because "[e]ven when an alleged criminal contempt arises out of a civil case it is not a part of the civil cause"); see also South Dade Farms, Inc. v. Peters, 88 So. 2d 891, 899 (Fla. 1956) ("[A] criminal contempt proceeding is between the public and the defendant. It is not directly a part of the original cause. It involves punishment for an offense against the court itself as distinguished from the commission of an act in derogation of the rights of a party to the cause.").
