An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 8, 2019, and said appeal having been perfected, Now, upon reading and filing the Stipulation of Withdrawal of the parties hereto, filed in this Court on April 22, 2020, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the appeal is withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid Stipulation of Withdrawal.
