On October 14, 2021, Kylie D. Ray filed a Motion To Withdraw as Counsel seeking leave to withdraw as counsel for petitioner in this case. Among other things, in that motion Ms. Ray states petitioner wishes to proceed with revoking her services as counsel for petitioner in this case. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that Ms. Ray's Motion To Withdraw is granted and Ms. Ray is withdrawn as counsel for petitioner in this case.
