This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's Boston, Massachusetts trial session, scheduled to begin March 25, 2024.

On January 2, 2024, petitioner Suresh D. Sivasithamparam filed a motion for continuance. Since the motion appeared to be more akin to a letter, the Court held a conference call with the parties on January 17, 2024, to discuss the contents of the motion for continuance. In light of the discussion, it is

ORDERED that Mr. Sivasithamparam's motion for continuance is granted, and this case is continued from the above-referenced trial session. The parties are not expected to appear at the calendar call in Boston, Massachusetts on March 25, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 18, 2024, the parties shall file a status report or in lieu of a report, the Commissioner may file an appropriate motion.
