ORDER

On June 16, 2022, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause, directing the parties to show cause in writing why the caption of this case should not be amended to read: "Meir Sitzman and Mina A. Sitzman, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent". On June 30, 2022, respondent filed a response, stating therein that he has no objection to the proposed amendment of the caption of this case. No response has been received from petitioners.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, issued June 16, 2022, is made absolute. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Meir Sitzman and Mina A. Sitzman, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
