This case was stricken from the Court's October 16, 2024, Phoenix, Arizona trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. As directed by the Court, the parties filed a joint Status Report on March 1, 2024. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before July 1, 2024, the parties shall file further reports regarding the then-present status of this case. If the parties believe this case is for trial they should advise the Court of the anticipated length of trial and propose mutually agreeable ranges of dates for trial.
