This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed February 7, 2024, and heard on March 11, 2024, when the case was called from the calendar for trial during the remote trial session of the Court. Counsel for respondent appeared and argued in support of the motion. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner.

Premises considered, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced motion is granted, and this case is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that unless a proposed stipulated decision is submitted sooner, on or before April 10, 2024, the parties, jointly or separately, report in writing as to the status of the case.
